I offer my commitment to you and your yoga practice whatever your reason for coming to class. My classes are small – generally 6 – 8 people, so you can benefit from a relaxed, friendly and supportive atmosphere.
My classes have been popular ever since I set up in Leeds in 1996 and they are still well-subscribed. There are waiting lists for some classes. I like to match your level with the right class for you.
My aim is to give you the best of my teaching and dedication to sharing my experiences and knowledge. I hope that my classes are both enjoyable and serious, with lightness and depth.
My classes may consist of a range of physical postures (asanas), an attitude of mindfulness and breathing practice. Sometimes I may focus on specific areas of the body in order to facilitate posture work.
I offer Saturday morning workshops every couple of months. The next one is:

Postures and Pranayama

This workshop is a repeat of my autumn workshop and will include some extra Pranayama practices. You will start with preparatory postures followed by a cleansing Breath, Balancing Breaths and relaxing breaths that calm and strengthen the nervous system.
