Individual Yoga

I offer individual hourly yoga classes for a limited number of sessions, by mutual agreement.

These classes are either for specific non-medical conditions or for a specific goal which is not met by a general class.

For example:

To develop a programme of postures that you can do at homewhilst attending classes
To develop a personalized practice for a specific physical ailment
To learn yoga breathing (pranayama) on an individual basis
To get you started before you join a class
To learn Meditation or Mindfulness practice

I teach these sessions during the day. I will create a programme from the practice that we do together.

Cost:
Initial meeting – between 1 hour and 11/4 hours – £45

Regular class – £30 per hour OR Book 6 classes with me for £150 paid in advance.
Some concessionary rates available from £10 – £25.
