This system uses ‘vinyasa’ as the central characteristic. Vinyasa refers to the constant motion of sequences of poses, the purpose of which is to create heat in the body which, in turn, strengthens and detoxifies our physiology so that we can face life with a balanced mind.
This style is strong on the arms and upper body, and if you do not practice carefully there can be strain on the lower back.
This style teaches the synchronicity of movement and breathing with focused awareness.
